Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor or related experience preferred.
• Sales-driven with ability to upsell services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
