Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, guiding service needs with a sales-driven approach. The role emphasizes accurate estimates, clear communication, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
