Blue Compass RV Raleigh is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. This role combines customer service excellence with a sales-driven approach to guide customers through service needs and opportunities.

You will provide accurate estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure clear communication from check-in to completion. This position offers a salary plus commission with strong earning potential in a performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded with the ability to upsell and close new service opportunities.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Solid computer skills and experience with service systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment
