Job summary

Blue Compass RV in Redmond, OR is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. This sales-minded role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success, acting as the main liaison between customers and technicians.

You will provide accurate estimates, identify upsell opportunities, and manage communications to keep customers informed and projects on track. The position offers a salary + commission with strong earning potential in a fast-paced RV

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
