Job summary

Camping World in Draper, UT is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine customer needs, suggest add-ons to boost transactions, prepare price estimates for installations, and follow department procedures. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
