Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will work directly with customers to determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions, and provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling appointments.

You will also keep customers apprised of work progress and ensure smooth service experiences. Prior service experience and strong computer skills are beneficial to this role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
