Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

In this role you will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, provide price estimates for installations before scheduling, and ensure follow-up with customers on progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Background in RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices; prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
