Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Service Advisor to initiate and process repair requests and support the Service Department. You will keep customers informed about progress and help drive add-on sales and accurate price estimates for installations.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative tasks. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a commission-based compensation structure with the potential for total annual pay

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience helpful.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions and provide price estimates for installations.
