Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of progress.

The role emphasizes helping customers with RV-related needs and scheduling, with potential for commissions and a strong benefits package. A valid driver's license is preferred, and lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress from start to finish.
