Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

The role requires at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products and camping lifestyle, strong computer and internet search skills, excellent organization and follow-up, and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
