Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress and timelines.

You will assess customer needs, prepare price estimates for installations, and communicate updates. A background in RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred, along with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient computer use and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
