Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will initiate repair service requests, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed on progress.

The role includes suggesting add-ons to drive sales and preparing price estimates before scheduling service. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, and strong computer and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience.
• RV product or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to search the internet.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
