Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role emphasizes determining product needs, suggesting add-ons, and providing price estimates prior to scheduling, with a focus on clear customer communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient computer use and internet research.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
