Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, provide price estimates before scheduling, and ensure timely communication throughout the repair process.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
