Job summary

Camping World is hiring a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

You will determine customer needs, suggest add-on services, provide price estimates, and ensure timely updates to customers throughout the repair process. A strong focus on service quality and upselling is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Proficiency with using a computer and internet search.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
