Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

The role emphasizes upselling add-ons, providing price estimates for installations, and following department procedures. A year of service experience and ability to work on a computer are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or repair environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills and ability to search the internet as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests for customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and timelines.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
