Blue Compass RV Redmond is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience from service check-in to completion, serving as the primary liaison between customers and technicians and guiding accurate service recommendations in a sales-minded role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
