You will guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and maintain clear communication. The position offers a salary plus commission with strong earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
