Blue Compass RV Houston is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, delivering an exceptional service experience and guiding customers through repairs and maintenance.

This sales-minded role offers a salary + commission with strong earning potential; the ad notes an average of $80,000. You will build relationships, provide accurate repair estimates, and manage communication from check-in to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy, and offer solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
