Job summary

General RV Center in Elizabethtown, PA seeks a Service Advisor to guide customers through the service journey. You will schedule appointments, assess repair or maintenance needs, and document repair orders with clear, detailed descriptions.

You will help customers select additional services, translate technical issues for non-technical guests, and support the service team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• RV or Automotive Service Writing experience is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and organized; able to multitask.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with excellent service throughout their service experience.
• Schedule service appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance needs.
• Submit repair orders with accurate descriptions of repairs.
• Assist customers in identifying additional products and services.
• Explain technical issues clearly and how repairs will be done.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
