Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact in the service department, coordinating between customers and technicians and documenting service requests. You will communicate timelines, costs, and recommendations to ensure a seamless repair experience.

Responsibilities include creating repair orders, managing warranties, and presenting detailed estimates while promoting maintenance plans and specials to customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document service requests, and provide expert advice on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding status, timelines, and costs.
• Create and manage repair orders, recording customer concerns and technician notes.
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient, quality repairs.
• Coordinate warranty work and liaise with manufacturers for authorization as needed.
• Provide customers with detailed estimates for recommended services and repairs.
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services, maintenance plans, or upgrades.
• Promote service specials and dealership programs to enhance customer value.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up post-service for feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service history.
• Process payments and ensure proper documentation for completed jobs.
• Monitor service schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs.
