GENERAL RV CENTER is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the frontline for our service department, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the RV service experience. You will schedule appointments, assess repair or maintenance needs, and clearly communicate technical details to customers.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience with RV or Automotive Service Writing is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with excellent customer service throughout their service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance required.
• Submit repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions of repairs/maintenance.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance RV use.
• Explain technical issues to customers and how repairs can be performed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
