Alpin Haus is seeking a Service Advisor for our RV service department in Jefferson Township, NJ. You will guide customers through repairs and maintenance, document issues for technicians, and help them select preventative services and accessories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• General knowledge of motor vehicles, building trades or RVs
• Previous experience in a customer-facing service role desirable
• Verbal communication skills for friendly and effective customer interactions
• Ability to listen, confirm understanding, and convey information clearly

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers� description of problems with their RV and document on a work order for technicians
• Perform walk around inspections to assess damage and upsell services and accessories
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage; interact with insurance and contract companies
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor and calculate customer payment
• Prepare work orders and match technicians to jobs; oversee billing for time worked
• Maintain records of actions, approvals, and communications; schedule preventative services
