Job summary

Fun Town RV in Orange, TX seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in the service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, document requests, and communicate timelines, costs, and recommendations to ensure a seamless repair experience.

You will create and manage repair orders, assist with warranty work, and educate customers on additional services and maintenance plans. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, preferably in the RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Document service requests and provide expert advice on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication regarding status, timelines, and costs.
