Job summary

Camping World in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for RV repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

The role requires at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong organization and follow-up skills, and the ability to follow department procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle familiarity.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending may be required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
