Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed about work progress.

You will assess customer needs, suggest add-ons to raise transaction value, and provide installation estimates before scheduling appointments. The role emphasizes customer communication, accuracy, and adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient with a computer and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver8s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide admin support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
