Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed on work progress.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-ons, and delivering accurate price estimates before scheduling. A customer-focused, organized approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is valued.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices; prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
