Fun Town RV is seeking a Service Advisor in Conroe, TX to be the primary contact for customers in the service department, coordinating between customers and technicians and documenting service requests. The role emphasizes clear communication about timelines, costs, and recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a service-advisor or customer-facing role, with familiarity of RV systems a plus. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a service advisor or customer-facing role in RV/auto industry.
• Familiarity with RV systems and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document service requests while advising on repairs and maintenance.
• Create and manage repair orders; coordinate with service technicians on timelines and costs.
• Provide detailed estimates and upsell maintenance plans or upgrades to customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by following up after service and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service history; process payments and document completed jobs.
