Job summary

General RV Center in Colorado is seeking a Service Advisor to be at the forefront of our service department. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, guiding them through repair or maintenance and coordinating service appointments.

The role requires strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language. RV industry experience is a plus; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience with RV or Automotive Service Writing experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with excellent customer service throughout their service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance required.
• Submit repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions of repairs/maintenance.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance RV usage.
• Explain technical issues to customers and how they can be repaired.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
