Job summary

RV COUNTRY WASHINGTON LLC is seeking an RV Service Advisor to join our busy service department. This role handles work orders, communicates with customers through the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing stages, and supports the service team to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, a solid understanding of the service process, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment

Responsibilities

• Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure clear communication and excellent service.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs efficiently.
• Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
