Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and clearly articulate repair needs to technicians.
• Upsell recommended/additional services with integrity.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Explain repairs and associated costs to customers.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure work is completed.
