RCD RV is seeking energetic Service Advisors to join our front line and deliver outstanding customer service in the RV industry. You will communicate with customers to determine repairs, prepare repair orders, keep clients updated, and work with manufacturers to determine warranty coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with excellent service throughout their entire service experience.
• Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repairs needed or maintenance recommended.
• Prepare repair orders outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs/maintenance that is needed.
• Keep in close contact with customers updating them on the status of their service work.
• Work with our manufacturers and suppliers to determine warranty coverage for repairs.
• Provide estimates for repairs to customers and insurance companies.
