The role involves identifying product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales, estimating installation prices before scheduling, and maintaining clear updates on job status. It is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
