Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team and support the Service Department by initiating repair requests and providing administrative assistance. You will keep customers informed about work progress and help identify product needs for repairs and installations.

The role emphasizes customer service, computer use, and adherence to department procedures, with potential for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
RV products or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
Keep customers apprised of work progress
