Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Coldwater, MI. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales, and providing price estimates prior to scheduling. You will handle daily computer tasks and communications with clients, ensuring follow-up and adherence to

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Strong computer and internet search skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
