Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team.

You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress. You will determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales, provide price estimates prior to scheduling, and ensure clear communication on work status.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
