Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

Key responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on services, providing price estimates before scheduling, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service cycle. This is a full-time, commission-based role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is desirable.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
