Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on initiating and processing repair service requests and supporting the Service Department while keeping customers informed about progress.

You will determine product needs, suggest add-on sales, and provide price estimates for installations, all while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
