Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests, and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

RV product knowledge and strong organization help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role offers a commission-based structure with a total compensation range that reflects base pay plus uncapped commissions, plus benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Initiate and process requests for repair services for customers.
Provide administrative support to the Service Department and keep customers apprised of work progress.
Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
