Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for initiating and processing repair service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, and strong computer, organization, and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with computers and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.
