Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers apprised of work progress.

Strong RV knowledge and a service mindset are a must. You will determine product needs by working directly with customers, suggest add-ons to increase sales, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and next steps.
• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Follow department procedures and policies.
