Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, provide price estimates for installations, and keep customers informed on work progress.

The role emphasizes service excellence and sales collaboration. The position offers a commission-based compensation model with a total annual range commonly around $50k–$75k+ based on performance, with benefits and training opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
