Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will mainly initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

You should have at least one year of service experience or RV product knowledge, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to follow procedures. A valid driver’s license is preferred; lifting up to 25–50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience appreciated.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform online searches.
• Excellent organization and strong follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies; valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling.
