Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in the United States. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons, and providing price estimates before scheduling appointments. This role emphasizes organization, follow-through, and adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of service experience.
• RV products or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient computer use and internet research.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
