Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a friendly, detail-focused Service Admin to join our team. You will support customers, follow up, enter data, coordinate deliveries, and manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service, inputting technician notes, organizing files, and coordinating trailer readiness using DealerTrack, eVision, Excel, and Teams. This role requires strong communication and independent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and in person.
• Translate and input technician notes into the Service database.

• Collect and review required documents for every transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Maintain documentation across systems (DealerTrack, eVision, Excel, Teams).

We are looking for a friendly and detail-focused individual to join our team at Bish's RV as a Service Admin. This role involves delivering excellent customer support, following up with customers, data entry, coordinating deliveries, and handling administrative tasks. Pay range: $18 - $21 hourly!

Key Objectives

• Ensure smooth administrative operations across service and sales teams
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and maintain up-to-date records

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation

What You’ll Bring

• Professional, neat appearance and positive attitude
• Must be available to work Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
