Job summary

Bish’s RV in Utah is seeking a Service Admin to provide friendly customer support, follow up with customers, perform data entry, and coordinate deliveries for service and sales teams.

You’ll handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and work with systems like DealerTrack and eVision to keep documentation accurate. This role requires availability on Saturdays and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, in-person and by phone.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience in data entry and records management.
• Background and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system.
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage calls professionally.
• Use DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel/Teams to manage documentation.
