Bish's RV is seeking a friendly, detail-focused Service Admin to support both service and sales teams at our Lincoln location. You will handle data entry, document management, and delivery coordination while delivering professional customer updates in person and over the phone.

The role requires strong communication, computer and organizational skills, and the ability to pass a background and drug test. Saturdays availability is required, with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and room for

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system.
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation.
