Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience. You’ll lead demonstrations, walk-throughs, and close sales with F&I and Sales Management.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may stay on hourly plus commissions or transition to a 100% commission plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales experience; RV or related fields preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
