Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience. You’ll demonstrate RVs, handle demonstrations, and close sales with support from F&I and Sales Management teams.

Starting base hourly pay plus flat-rate commissions, with the option to switch to 100% commission after 30 days. Typical annual earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000, including bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
