Camping World seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-quality customer experience. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with potential for significant earnings through performance bonuses.

After 30 days, associates choose to stay on the hourly plan with commissions or switch to a 100% commission-based plan, with actual dates aligned to payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
